This windsurfing program is made for beginners who want to master all the basics.
This course teaches you how to determine wind direction, how to set up and trim the sail, right way of setting up the sail and the board, proper carrying of the equipment and going into and out of the water.
The course also aims to teach how to recover the sail, right stance, first sailing, turning the board, changing directions (upwind/downwind), beach start, jibes and tacks.
*Recommended practice is 2 – 3 hours per day
